Hey Jerusalem are a band from Austin, TX that do a creepy blend of goth and soul that will make Nick Cave long for a rainbow. X are best band to ever come out of Los Angeles. Slim’s is hosting both bands for two nights, and it will be a lovely way to escape from the rain and cold.

Ralph Carney is the inventor of the slide clarinet. He also played horns on Tom Wait’s Big Time album. He’s quite the genius, and you can see him perform for free at The Chapel, which is a beautiful new venue.
