A Victim of Love and Circumstance

While at SXSW, there is one definitive. You will be taking a chance. It will be choosing between two seemingly excellent showcases, hoping you made the right choice. It will be seeing a performance you know little about, hoping to uncover a hidden gem during the six-day event. All the while in Austin, you wish to see true greatness, unique to you, to your trip, and to your dedication to seeing an insane amount of music in such a short period of time.

Wanderlust Festival Diary: Part One

When I heard about the Wanderlust Festival, its amazing location, and its perfect lineup, I booked a hotel room the same day.  Because of this, I’m writing this diary post from an amazing hotel room with three queen size beds, a full kitchen with utensils, and killer balcony, and right inside the village where the festival is located.  The fridge is stocked (salmon for dinner tomorrow), the beds are made, and everyone’s getting ready for sleep.

This summer, a new festival comes to the Lake Tahoe area called the Wanderlust Festival. I’m extremely excited about this festival, and have already reserved a hotel room and picked up tickets. Now, I’m simply holding my breath and hoping they sell enough tickets for it to happen. Their marketing is poor.
